Chef Manny and Cyndi the Baker met in 2010 in the kitchen at The Peacock Inn in Princeton NJ and have been cooking together ever since. Manny began his 25-year culinary career in New York City, where he honed his skills in some of New York’s best kitchens, including the 3-star Michelin awarded Le Bernardin. Cyndi holds a bachelor’s degree from Johnson & Whales University and has cooked or baked in various restaurants from New York City to Rhode Island, including a stint as the private chef on a yacht.
